The Good Life Show Africa is elevating its 2026 edition with the launch of the IMBO Theatre of Taste, a 360° immersive culinary arena debuting in Cape Town.

The 250m² arena blends live chef demonstrations with interactive masterclass kitchens, offering a fully sensory experience where guests can watch, engage, and taste dishes as they’re being created. Across three days, 14 high-energy “better-for-you” cooking sessions will showcase everything from indigenous ingredients to fusion fine dining and innovative, health-conscious cuisine.
