The menu has everything one would expect from a luxury spa in the city: signature Deep Tissue & Swedish massages, Deep Cleansing and Hydrating facials, and manicures and pedicures. Additionally, the Pure Awakening Spa offers more niche services, such as gentle Reiki therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massages, and extensive treatments, including Peppermint Paradise aromatherapy and full-body exfoliation.

Finally, the spa has a list of signature packages. These eight treatments range from an hour-long headache-soothing massage to a 150-minute luxury mani-pedi and back massage. The full spa menu is available by clicking here.

Fine Dining & Experiences

The Rockefeller Plaza is the hotel’s main restaurant, featuring a mix of fine-dining treats and staples like wood-fired pizza and burgers. Greek Goddess Salads, pan-fried seafood, risottos, steaks, and much more are all available on the restaurant’s all-day dining menu.

In addition to this, there’s a dedicated dessert & sushi bar, a contemporary cocktail bar, and even Seared – Rockefeller’s very own intimate dining space with many Cape Winelands favourites.

STUDIO is the hotel’s pool and lounge area, featuring heated water and a full complement of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The space offers panoramic views, with guests overlooking the harbour, city centre, and the iconic Table Mountain. Whether the occasion is just enjoying a cocktail in a cosmopolitan lounge, a late-night dip in a warm pool, or even renting the space for a big party, STUDIO is available.

One of The Rockefeller’s key traits is its central location. Found on Christiaan Barnard Street, right in the middle of the city, the hotel is mere moments away from iconic Cape Town venues: the Artscape Theatre is just down the road, along with the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), and the V&A Waterfront is only a few minutes’ drive. Whether staying over for a play, an expo, or just wanting to explore the bustling City Centre, The Rockefeller is in a prime position to get guests where they need to go.

The full menu is viewable on the website. Reservations can be made on Dineplan.

When: Monday – Sunday | 6.30am – 11pm (Plaza restaurant) | 8am – 8pm (STUDIO)
