The Hotel Sky offers both the Stratus and Infinity Restaurants, with the former opening for breakfast and the latter serving lunch and dinner dishes.

The Stratus Restaurant offers both hot and cold dishes for all breakfast needs, and offers spectacular views of the city for you to enjoy while sipping your coffee. The buffet-style breakfast is available for hotel guests and non-guests. It costs R250 per person, R125 for kids under 12 years old and runs from 6am to 10.30am on week days and until 11am on weekends.

Meanwhile, the Infinity Restaurant combines 360-degree mountain and sea views with ‘skystronomy’ – the concept of gastronomy in the sky. The restaurant boasts a stylish scene with many celebratory drink options and on-trend dishes made from fresh, top-quality ingredients.

The Infinity Restaurant offers casual lunch and dinner dishes, with dishes like alcohol-free beer-battered hake, a BBQ pulled pork burger on a brioche bun, or prawn tagliatelle in a spicy tomato bisque sauce on offer.
