With little information about the film’s plot beyond teasers for major characters, the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s biggest blockbuster (and its planned sequel, Secret Wars in 2027) remains a mystery.

Characters such as Rum Tum Tugger, Mr Mistoffelees, and Grizabella the glamour cat appear in a series of linked musical numbers, each defined by its choreography and distinctive design.
Signature songs include Memory, now regarded as a classic of the musical theatre repertoire. Costumes, movement and set design evoke a dreamlike nocturnal world where cats speak through dance and music.
