The special light show that brought hundreds to the Company’s Garden is back, with Lumenocity’s impressive installations restaged for the Norval Foundation’s tranquil Sculpture Gardens.
Here’s everything visitors need to know.

More about Lumenocity x Norval Foundation
Visitors go on a curated journey through a selection of Lumenocity’s 20 large-scale light installations, interactive artworks, and ambient experiences that encourage play and exploration. Amid evergreen trees, open skies, and towering mountains, attendees follow the route of dynamic light installations at their own pace. South African artists designed all the luminous artworks, with the Norval background offering a fresh perspective on the exhibition.
The centrepiece is a towering 10-metre light structure, home to a 5x5m LED “cave” that guests can step inside for full sensory immersion in shifting visuals and colour. On the other side, video projection mapping by local artist Yay Abe across the façade of the Foundation’s building brings Norval’s architecture to life in a spectacular wash of moving art.
After exploring the spectacular lights, guests can relax and enjoy Food and drinks from the on-site food trucks and licensed bar, offering visitors an inviting place to pause, snack, and take in the atmosphere. Guests should allow approximately 60–90 minutes per visit.
