This April, Rooftop Retreats is hosting another exciting multi-disciplinary mindfulness rendezvous in Cape Town’s CBD.
This original concept opens up a platform for niche practitioners in the wellness space to share their practices in a relaxed and playful atmosphere. All modalities are specifically structured to include complete beginners, so it’s the perfect opportunity to explore low-impact, high reward mindfulness movement. Take your friend, colleague, or the kids along.
The focus this month is on a S-wholeful Soma & Sonar experience for a feel-good integrated body, mind, and soul practice.
The talented Tamryn Pelser is introducing SOMA Connect – a rainbow of movement methods to help strengthen, soften, and soothe the body.
Tamryn’s multitude of practices and a strong focus on intrinsic patterning is all about helping you integrate your brain, body, and heart to create all-round change.
The offering also underscores listening to sensation and forming new pathways through pause, mindful movement, movement patterning, strengthening, agility, play, and tensegrity. All ages, shapes, and fitness levels are welcome.
The second act features Ibizan Sound Goddess, Rosa Nokonoko. Rosa will take you back in time and lead you through a sacred sound journey using crystal and metal bowls, a Shamanic drum, and her saintly voice. It’s a sonic exploration not to be missed.
Do take along your own yoga mat or towel, a light blanket, a cushion, and water. Dress warmly.
