Delightful Drinks to Sip and Savour on the Sea
Guests will be treated to bottomless Zonin Limoneto, and a Bloody Mary Bar will be set up on board where guests can craft their own perfect Bloody Mary with a selection of fresh garnishes (including cucumber, celery, bacon, asparagus, and smoked paprika). - Fresh Tuna Tartare with jalapenos, ponzu cucumber, coriander, lime, chilli and smoked Salt, served with crispy crackers

- Brioche Beef Fillet Sliders: Mini brioche buns with sliced and seared beef fillet, glazed with a tamarind char sui, Emmental cheese, rocket and tomato relish
- Chicken Citrus Salad Bowl: Grilled chicken tenders served with seasonal herb salad of greens, chilli, mango, and citrus; dressed with a Sauvignon Blanc Vinaigrette
