Don’t miss the bridal couture fashion showcase

The couture presentations for the show spotlight labels from designers Kobus Dippenaar and Jacques Lagrange, both with over 30 years of experience in the South African fashion industry. Dippenaar presents his namesake brand as well as the more modern Anna Georgina, while guests can enjoy the latest from Jacques Lagrange Couture. You can look forward to modern corsetry in a range of styles, figure-defining lines, and tasteful Swarovski elements for that dash of elegant twinkle.

There’s a glam gemstone tour planned for the day

The experience includes a tanzanite polishing demonstration (the only one open to the public within the Southern Hemisphere!) and a glass of sparkling wine.

Remember to make notes and take pictures

You’ll likely have many conversations with different people on the day, it can become confusing to remember who you saw and spoke with. Having a notepad and pen ready to take notes on suppliers, vendors, ideas and gowns you like can be super helpful. Photos of particular can also help you to jog your memory at a later time or date.

Know your budgets

It helps to have a rough idea of what your budgets are for each element of your wedding when talking with exhibitors. If you share your budget with an exhibitor they may be able to be flexible and work within your budget.
