Dress up as your favourite character at Mavericks Costume Party

Add some whimsy and sauciness to your long weekend. Mavericks is hosting a late-night costume playground to reward the best-dressed.

Dressing up is encouraged for all skill levels, whether it’s just a hint of a character or a fully designed costume with all the accessories. The dancers are also dressed up for the occasion, performing as seductive pop culture icons like Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy throughout the night.

Mavericks Revue Bar is a well-known adult entertainment venue in Cape Town, offering a high-energy nightlife experience for both locals and visitors. It features a large, diverse lineup of over 100 international dancers performing burlesque, themed acts, and pole shows.

The venue keeps the atmosphere lively with nightly DJs and special midweek events, creating a party that continues late into the night. It also stands out for its late-night dining, serving a full menu – including steaks, burgers, sushi, and platters – until 3:30am.

Guests can enjoy a wide selection of drinks, including cocktails, champagne, and whiskey, along with premium Cuban cigars. The venue spans multiple levels, each with a distinct vibe – from the energetic main floor to more exclusive VIP and VVIP areas offering private seating and upscale experiences.

Winners of the competition receive a 6-month Silver VIP Membership for themselves and a friend. This includes unlimited free VIP access to the space and priority entry each night, worth up to R5000. With the competition being judged over two nights, there are two sets of rewards up for grabs, for a total of four lucky winners.
