World of Birds
World of Birds is Africa’s largest bird park, with over 3000 birds from 400 different species, including numerous birds of prey, as well as reptiles and monkeys. More than 100 spacious walk-through aviaries offer visitors highly educational and interesting close-up encounters with a variety of birds and animals.
A tropical garden setting in the Hout Bay Valley is the environment in which the aviaries are spaced over four hectares of land, framed by the back of Table Mountain, the Twelve Apostles, Constantiaberg, Chapman’s Peak and Little Lion’s Head. Seal Cruise
Those with a love for Cape Town’s diverse marine life would enjoy a trip to Duiker Island, commonly known as Seal Island, just off the coast of Hout Bay. Each trip with Circe Launches lasts approximately 45 minutes, with guests able to see Cape Fur seals and other sea life in their natural habitat through the ship’s glass bottom and on their little island perch. This cosy, coastal cafe is known for its homemade bread and use of local produce, with its artisanal sourdough the highlight of the whole show. Other favourites on their ever-changing menu include their Basque cheesecake, rosemary twists, monkey buns, savoury sandwiches, and croissants, while their coffee is sure to get the job done.

SA Forest Adventures: Cape Town Ziplines
SA Forest Adventures offers a thrilling zipline experience in Constantia Nek.
