South Africa’s leading bookseller, Exclusive Books, is hosting its highly anticipated Annual Warehouse Sale from 24 July to 3 August 2026. For a limited time, thousands of books are available for exactly R75, making it one of the best opportunities to brush up on forgotten classics and find new favourites.
Whether bookworms are in the market for fiction novels, non-fiction biographies, expert cookbooks, or children’s books, there’s something for everyone at this nationwide sale.
Warehouse Sale Details
In 2026, every title in the Warehouse Sale is available for just R75 each. Exclusive Books is expanding the sale for the first time, with the limited-time market opening in five locations across the country, including two in and around Cape Town.
These discounts only apply to books found at the specified locations, which are in mall courts and other vacant spaces, not in regular Exclusive Books stores. Children’s books often sell out first, making it important for parents to arrive early to get their favourite Roald Dahl stories and educational books while stocks last.
The sale features titles typically organised under the Fiction, Non-Fiction and Children’s Book categories, making browsing easy despite the large volume of books. Stocks are replenished each day, but all books are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
There is no limit on the number of books guests can buy during the sale, and a wide range of other gifting products are also in stock at the Annual Warehouse Sale.
