One of Cape Town’s trailblazers in the coworking industry, Venture Workspace, is set to open its newest space at the Riverlands development in February 2025. The team already holds shared office spaces in Claremont, Constantia, Somerset West, as well as Fourways in Johannesburg.

The Venture Workspace Riverlands branch will extend over two levels and offer a variety of coworking spaces, boardroom options, and two social eateries. Phase one of the development comprises 66 serviced offices and four spacious semi-serviced suites to offer larger business operations a bespoke and functional space.

Venture Workspace was born out of a passion for client service and a response to the need for a South African-owned and operated coworking and serviced office provider. They offer a range of flexible, tailor-made workspace packages at their four ready-to-use branches.
