Summer Soirée at the Norval Foundation Sculpture Garden

Norval Foundation is hosting a new series of Summer Soirée, a lively afternoon event series offering visitors free access to the tranquil Sculpture Garden. The event is a collaboration with The Secret Art Club Cafe and promises food and drink and live entertainment. The next event takes place on Friday, 31 January 2025.

Summer Soirée: What you need to know

End the week in a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere of the art garden. The Summer Soirée is a family-friendly experience where the little ones can run and explore the art and play space.

Freshly baked pizza will be served as well as a selection of wine to enjoy in the garden. Note that visitors are not allowed to bring their own alcohol or picnic.

The Sculpture Garden features three-dimensional installations by artists from South Africa and the rest of Africa. The space is bisected by a protected Cape lowland freshwater wetland and is surrounded by natural beauty and amazing mountain views. Artworks on show is a mixture of long-term loans and work installed permanently.
