Presented in collaboration with luxury wellness brand Healing Earth, this monthly wellness escape starts with a refreshing dip at Saunders Rock just below the hotel, before warming up with a steamy sauna session. Then join a guided yoga session at the five-star-rated studio House of Yoga, followed by brunch at the health-conscious restaurant Wildsprout.

Next is Healing Earth’s Beauty Kitchen experience, where participants make their very own body scrub to take home, while learning more about ingredients, scents, and how these products are made.

Those who want to extend the experience can stay at the President Hotel overnight for an indulgent, restorative staycation. The package includes breakfast, welcome herbal tea, a Healing Earth gift, the full Wellness Retreat and brunch, dinner and a 60-minute holistic full-body massage.

The Cove Wellness Spa welcomes guests with natural products and professional treatments with a wide variety of ingredients, techniques, and benefits.

Flagship packages include multi-hour experiences with skin treatments, massages, and complimentary meals, such as the Couples Wellness Escape and the comprehensive Cove Retreat. Found under the ‘Wellness Experiences’ tab, these extensive packages combine several services into one head-to-toe, multi-hour rejuvenation session. Those wanting more focused experiences can book more curated services. Massages can be quick or holistic full-body support, with the option of adding aromatic soy oil, hot stones, or aromatherapy.
