Capetonians are in for an exhilarating start to the hot summer season with Celebrity Skin, an intoxicating adult dance and theatrical dining experience. Taking place at Mavericks Revue Bar until 29 November 2024, this saucy production promises to mesmerise audiences with its unique blend of entertainment and elevated dining.

What to expect with Celebrity Skin

Directed and choreographed by Grant van Ster and Shaun Oelf, and conceptualised by Craig Leo, Celebrity Skin showcases elite dancers in one of Cape Town’s most glamorous venues. This collaboration creates a rich tapestry of dance and visual artistry, transporting audiences to enchanting worlds.

The scintillating story follows the backstage ‘Janitor’ (Charles Tertiens), whose quest for love takes him on a thrilling journey through cabaret, dance, and theatre.

As the seasons unfold, he begins to craft a doll embodying the most sensual, breathtaking, and fiery personalities who grace his stage, transitioning through icy glamour to thunderous electricity and climaxing in a seductive finale.

A mouth-watering dining experience

To complement the captivating show, a delectable menu awaits, featuring small plates, sharing platters, and hearty main course options like juicy steaks, burgers, and succulent prawns, alongside an extensive sushi menu with fresh Norwegian salmon. Every dish is made to order, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
