There’s a new art exhibition currently on show at Benguela Cove Art Gallery featuring works that explore ocean sustainability and our relationship with the water and the world. Seascapes is composed of a variety of mediums with artists such as Janko de Beer, Ilze Coetrzer and Tuesday Houston uncovering the breathtaking beauty of the underwater world.
The title of the exhibition is related to a phrase by the 13th-century Persian poet Rumi: ‘You are not a drop in the ocean. You are an ocean in every drop,’ which speaks to the abundance of water in the world, simultaneously alongside the potential of abundance within everyone.
