Located inside the luxurious Cape Grace Hotel, Fairmont Spa offers a myriad of options for health, wellness, and relaxation. Utilising indigenous botanicals and run by dedicated professionals, each experience is crafted to promote tranquillity away from the busy city outside.
Fairmont Spa is open to guests and visitors alike, offering unique wellness facilities and a range of treatments for skincare, nail care, and massages.

Tranquil Spa Facilities for the Ultimate Wellness Escape
The Halotherapy salt room has air infused with tiny Himalayan salt particles, an ancient treatment that can improve breathing, mitigate allergies, and even revitalise the skin. The sensation shower is another luxury offering, where varying water pressures, temperatures, and aromatic infusions create an energising, refreshing shower experience.
Fairmont Spa also has traditional facilities, such as a dry-heat sauna that eases muscular tension and provides a calming atmosphere, and a steam room that acts as a mist-filled nervous-system reset, opening pores and promoting respiratory well-being.
Finally, the heated pool is an outdoor area that invites a peaceful interlude between treatments or a post-treatment cooldown. Bathed in natural light and surrounded by the Cape Grace’s waterfront, this area maximises the hotel’s location to promote calm.
In-house guests enjoy complimentary access to the premium spa facilities, while non-resident visitors can gain full access by booking a treatment of 60 minutes or longer. Alternatively, standalone use of the facilities is available at a rate of R1200 per hour.

Holistic Treatments Rooted in Indigenous Botanicals
Fairmont Spa’s list of treatments and packages is as varied as it is extensive.
The list of signature treatments ranges from a 90-minute ‘Tranquillity’ full-body massage to a ‘Purity’ facial skincare treatment, to an all-inclusive ‘Serenity’ package: a full-body massage, facial, and soothing hand & foot treatment. Couples have their own signature option: a 120-minute exfoliation and massage, followed by time to relax in a double treatment room and a complimentary beverage.
The comprehensive list of massages includes Swedish, Hot Stone, and Deep Tissue options, allowing guests to tailor their experience to their needs. There are optional add-ons: an exfoliating mud and scrub and a cupping experience.
The available skincare offerings include collagen treatments, facial microneedling, and a range of chemical-free, plant-extract-focused treatments from Esse Skincare. Finally, there are both full-body exfoliation experiences, hair waxing and tinting treatments, and many options for manicures and pedicures.
Young visitors can also spend a day at the spa, with different experiences available to teens & tweens and those under 12.
The full list of treatments can be found using the Fairmont Spa brochure.
