One in four persons will experience a mental health condition at some point in their lives, and this event aims to help those who do. Here’s what you need to know.

All About Cape Mental Health Charitable Golf Day

Cape Mental Health is a well-established charity dedicated to advocating for mental health awareness and providing critical support services since its founding in 1913. This April they’re hosting a special and unforgettable day of golf and fun.

This exciting event is not only an opportunity for golf enthusiasts to enjoy a day of friendly competition and camaraderie but also serves as a significant fundraiser to benefit the charity’s vital work. Through this Charitable Golf Day, the organisation aims to raise awareness about the importance of mental well-being, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, and provide the necessary resources to those in need.

Here’s what’s included in your package

A standard four-ball ticket to the event entitles you to a full day of golf amongst the beautiful greens of Rondebosch Golf Club, as well as tea or coffee when you arrive, a delicious lunch and dinner, and gifts and prizes with a goodie bag to take home at the end of the day. Prizes are also available for those who have performed the best on the green. Plus, you’ll be supporting an incredible charity for a good cause.

Sponsorship and donation opportunities are also available for both companies and individuals to pledge their support.
