Vault On Bree, a Cape Town creative third space, continues to champion the city’s most exciting talent. Built for collaboration and South African-led storytelling, the space has quickly become a meeting point where local creativity sets the tone for global trends.

Vault on Bree: Creativity & Culture Collide
Opening in 2025, Vault on Bree remains a retail space in one of Cape Town’s most culturally significant districts, bridging the often-divided fashion market by selling premium clothing from local and international labels. With a focus on stylish, exclusive streetwear with inspiration from all around the world, it seeks to keep pushing South African fashion into a forward-thinking, progressive space.
Far from just a fashion store, Vault on Bree is a multi-sensory platform for all kinds of creatives. In partnership with Phil Kramer, the sound designer behind the system at the since-closed One Park, the Vault on Bree space includes a listening bar that puts music and atmosphere at its heart. Listening bars are intimate spaces dedicated to high-quality sound, inviting people to slow down, pay attention, and experience music more deeply and intentionally.
The Vault on Bree is a space that’s meant to evolve. Over time, it hosts new exhibitions, activations, and collaborations that reflect the city’s creativity and seek new ways to connect artists and brands in Cape Town.
As Vault’s first activation partner, G-Star has hosted two appearances in the space this year, and many more creative individuals and organisations are set to take to it in the new year.

Applied Art Forms: Brand Launch
The sought-after Amsterdam-based fashion label Applied Art Forms has officially launched in South Africa in an exclusive partnership with Vault on Bree.
The men’s clothing brand draws inspiration from archival pieces & workwear to create a style that sits at the intersection of trendy streetwear and vintage chic, often featuring understated, minimalist designs. Applied Art Forms also uses long-lasting fibres that improve with age, countering the ever-present issue of fast fashion worldwide.
The label’s partnership with Vault on Bree continues both brands’ belief in curating community spaces that promote both local and international creativity. Customers can expect a carefully curated offering of Applied Art Forms’ ready-to-wear collections and select Atelier pieces.

Vault on Bree continues to be one of the most innovative third spaces for creatives in Cape Town, bringing international trends and local talent to the Mother City, whether it’s fashion, music, or something in between.
