Sunglass Hut Reopens Their Flagship Boatshed Store at the V&A Waterfront

The redesigned store is located opposite the Amphitheatre as part of the historic Boatshed heritage site from the late 1940s. You can now find interactive displays and a wide selection of the latest eyewear collections from global brands like Ray-Ban, Oakley, Versace, Prada, Burberry, and more.

To celebrate the opening, Sunglass Hut hosted a Silent Block party on 6 September 2024, inviting visitors at the V&A Waterfront to “Feel the beat” as they browsed through the various eyewear collections in store. The day included performances from DJ Kent and hosted celebrities such as YoungstaCPT and Jo-Ann Strauss.
