The Clifton Cruise is a three-hour coastal escape that pairs Cape Town’s blockbuster scenery with easygoing luxury.
Departing from the V&A Waterfront, you’ll head down the Atlantic Seaboard to Clifton Beach and drop anchor in its protected bay, with the Twelve Apostles and golden sands as a backdrop.
Settle into open decks for sun and sea breezes, or retreat to covered seating with panoramic views. There’s a fully stocked, cashless bar for chilled drinks, an easy-access swim platform with a freshwater rinse, and relaxed tunes to set the mood. Bring a picnic if you’d like to dine at anchor; catering is reserved for private charters.
A minimum of 10 guests confirms departure, and the scheduled cruise doesn’t operate in peak season (December and January), when a private charter is recommended.
Boarding is from Shop 5, Quay 5 at the Waterfront. Wear comfy shoes, pack sunscreen and a warm layer for the return leg.
