Cape Grace's monthly winemaker's dinner series at Heirloom restaurant marks Heritage Day weekend with a special four-hands collaboration. Executive Chef Wesli Jacobs is joined by VUUR's Chef Shaun for a joint five-course menu spanning both a lunch and dinner sitting across the two days.
The regular Terroir & Table format pairs a curated menu with a specific winemaker's story, with the winemaker present on the night to pour, answer questions and talk through the reasoning behind each blend. This particular edition brings two kitchens together rather than a single chef's menu, widening the range of dishes and techniques on offer across the five courses.
