The President Hotel runs a standing weekly programme of meals through the week, each aimed at a different crowd. On Wednesdays, every adult meal comes with a complimentary kids' pizza experience, where children choose their own toppings, watch the pizza being made and eat it fresh from a wood-fired oven.
On Thursdays the hotel offers couples a three-course dinner under the stars, with a paired drink for each course. The menu is being updated for the summer season, and in bad weather the dinner moves indoors, where guests still have a view of the stars over the Atlantic.
Saturday brings afternoon tea at Botany Café, overlooking the ocean, with a selection of classic and fruity teas, scones, sweets and brioche sandwiches.
The week closes with the Sunday carvery buffet, a family lunch with a carvery, salads, desserts and a dedicated kids' menu. The full menu is published on the hotel's website.
