Set on the roof of the Grand Daddy Hotel amidst the only trailer park hotel in the world, the Pink Flamingo rooftop cinema is an open air theatre. The cinema offers part drive-in, social event and part adventure experience that is open to the public all year long.
The Pink Flamingo is known for its screenings of classic movies and is a perfect way to celebrate the silver screen under the Cape night sky. The cinema is also available for hire to the public for private screening events. The rooftop cinema seats 50 people comfortably with three seating options: General seating in chairs, the Love Seat for a romantic night out with your partner and the Couch for a stretched out, relaxing and comfortable viewing experience.
Each ticket includes a complimentary welcome drink, sweets and popcorn. A picnic basket can also be ordered from the hotel. Blankets are provided.
Although a regular event, movie screenings are subject to cancellation depending on the weather.
