Wine Thursday is a deliciously informal food and wine affair. The concept is simple - the winemaker friends bring a selection of wine, Franck tastes and creates a pairing menu, (the menus are shared two weeks prior) and the rest is a very chilled evening, about 4-5 hours of tasting wine, eating food, sharing stories, and just having a good laugh.
