The Galileo screens the 2006 comedy-drama starring Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Stanley Tucci and Emily Blunt. A smart but sensible new graduate lands a job as assistant to Miranda Priestly, the demanding editor-in-chief of a high-fashion magazine.
The screening is held at Kirstenbosch in a picnic-style setting, with lawn games and giveaways before the film after sunset. Guests can bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, or buy from the mini-market vendors, which offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halaal options. A bar and barista coffee are on site.
