Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban offers guests new exciting ways to tour the stadium with their Big Rush Big Swing and Adventure Walk.
The Big Rush Big Swing sees a thrilling jump taken into the 220-meter stadium arch: officially named the tallest swing in the world by the Guinness Book of Records. The Adventure Walk has thrill-seekers walking up the 106-meter arch to take in a 360-degree view of the stadium.
Guests seeking a more intensive experience of the Big Rush Big Swing can take the 500 step Adventure Walk instead. The walk is a relaxed 20-minute walk with many rest breaks and photo opportunities. The uphill climb is rewarded with a full 360-degree view of the city and the stadium. Safety equipment is provided for the scale with the guidance and assistance of qualified instructors. Groups are limited to nine people and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
The Big Rush Big Swing and Adventure Walk can only be booked for those who are 10 years and older. Moses Mabhida Stadium additionally provides a helicopter Durban City tour. The tour starts at the stadium and glides over the populated promenade to the coastline for dolphin spotting. The helicopter ride is concluded at the Durban Harbour. Helicopter rides are offered periodically and dates must be confirmed with Legend Aviation.
