The sunny season is back and along with it, the Stellenbosch Street Soirées, an ever-popular series of food, wine and live music beneath the wine capital’s famous oak trees.
Stellenbosch Street Soirées are undeniably the social events of the year. This year’s pop-up series on Drostdy Street takes place on specific days from October to March with the first Soirée happening on 29 October.
As many look forward to every year, the Stellenbosch Street Soirées unfold as a vibrant sundowner occasion centred on mingling, tasting and snacking. A portion of Drostdy Street is closed off from traffic and decorated in elegant festive style.
Guest get to a wine tasting experience with 10 tokens, including a special tasting of premium wines, along with a randed Stellenbosch Wine Glass and delicious street food to pair with their sips. Added to the setting is the all-important ingredient of live music and with that, every evening is perfectly made.
