A seasonal tasting at Spier pairs three of its award-winning wines with soups crafted from farm ingredients. Designed as a warming experience for the colder months, it highlights both the estate’s wine and its kitchen’s attention to flavour.
The pairings include Creative Block 5 with white bean and truffle soup, Seaward Chardonnay with charred tomato soup, and 21 Gables Pinotage with pumpkin velouté. A sweet finale completes the tasting, which runs until 30 September 2025.
