Sorbetiere [sor-betier] was founded in 2013 in Cape Town, and it celebrates 10 years of business in 2023 .They take their cue from nature as they are inspired by local products to create artisan sorbet and ice cream in seasonal flavors . Offerings include Sorbetiere 500ml take away tubs, ice cream bonbon's, ice cream cakes, ice cream brioche sandwiches, cornetto as well as 5-litre and 2-litre tubs .
Sorbetiere uses natural ingredients to take the guilt out of your secret indulgence, all scooped onto homemade cones, as French Chef Beran brings her “je ne sais quoi” to every Sorbetiere creation.
Whether your taste buds are adventurous or traditional the offerings are sure to please your palette. You are invited to Sorbetiere to indulge in a scoop (or two)!
