Event information
The Solms-Delta Wine Company Oesfees is an annual celebration of the Cape’s rich cultural heritage, bringing together farm workers, landowners, and guests for a day of music, food, and wine. This event showcases traditional Boland Rural music and kaapsekos (food of the Cape). Since its inception in 2008, the Oesfees has grown into a well-loved tradition, marking the end of the harvest season.
Guests can enjoy live performances by Emo Adams & Band, Koos Kombuis, Schalk Joubert, Nick Turner, The Solms Delta Optelband, Die Papierfamilie, Die Soetstemme and many more. A diverse selection of local treats are available from food vendors and the Old Fyndraai Restaurant, and a variety of wines are available for purchase.
While no seating is provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own picnic blankets or camping chairs, with additional blankets available for purchase. Outside drinks and coolers are not permitted, but a wide range of beverages, including soft drinks and water, are on offer throughout the event.
