Sidecar Spirits runs a hands-on gin-making workshop in its working micro-distillery in Woodstock, set inside a depot for vintage motorbike sidecars. Guests learn the process, create their own recipe from selected natural botanicals and distil with expert guidance.
Both individual bookings and group classes are offered. Sessions are kept small, so there is room to ask questions and experiment, and guests are involved from start to finish.
Each guest leaves with a 500ml bottle of their own gin, labelled and sealed. Two three-hour sessions run every day, one in the late morning and one in the afternoon.
The distillery also runs gin tastings, distilling sessions, and private and corporate events. The small-batch range includes gin, brandy, whisky, rum and liqueurs, all distilled on site.
