Secret Sunrise is a silent guided dance movement aiming to increase mindfulness, wellness, and joy. This silent-disco-type event using headphones and a DJ is held in and around Cape Town in beautiful outdoor locations including beaches, rooftops, and parks. They've even held a dance on Table Mountain!
The events take place at sunrise or sunset and do not include any alcohol sales.
In the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives, we often need a space to be free, unwind, and have a little fun. Secret Sunrise also offers private sessions for birthday parties, corporate companies, schools, and more. The movement aims to be fully accessible and welcome everybody.
Children are always welcome and pets are usually welcome, depending on the venue.
