Tintswalo at Boulders Boutique Villa invites guests to have culinary experiences with Chef Quentin Spickernell from 14 to 16 October with this Seafood Weekend.
The weekend kicks off on Friday afternoon with a Spanish-themed line-up that starts with canapés and sangria before guests learn to make their own paella and then dig into a Spanish meal. Saturday begins with breakfast on the villa terrace before guests are free to spend the morning getting a spa treatment or enjoying the sights around the area.
Saturday afternoon begins with Chef Quintin teaching participants about variations of oysters and techniques to handle them before a pescatarian lunch is served. The afternoon is free for leisure before the evening five-course dinner party takes place.
Sunday begins with a Bubbly Breakfast and guests must only check out at 3pm, which means more time to enjoy the villa and its surroundings.
Tintswalo Boulders Boutique Villa welcomes both local and international visitors is located within view of the colony of endangered African penguins that the bay is famous for.
