Manifest Productions presents a Women's Day breathwork gathering for 100 women at Rooftop on Bree in the Cape Town CBD. The event is led by Talitha Kotzé, founder of Manifest Productions and a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, and is organised through a collaboration of women-owned and women-led businesses in the spirit of National Women's Day.
The session opens with each participant placing a single rose on a communal Rose Mandala altar at the centre of the room. Participants are paired throughout the experience, which follows three structured stages: Soften, Release, Integration and Return, using breathwork techniques designed to regulate the nervous system. The format combines individual breath practice with relational exercises intended to build trust and connection within the group.
The event is capped at 100 women. A limited number of public tickets are available via the Quicket waitlist, which closes on 3 August 2026. Open to women only. Rooftop on Bree has views of Table Mountain from its elevated outdoor terrace.
