The AfroSymphonic RMB Starlight Classics is a diverse showcase of South African talent, collaborating to create musical magic, embracing RMB’s commitment to the creative economy.
The show is hosted by Maestro Richard Cock and co-hosted by TV and radio personality, Elana Afrika-Bredenkamp.
This year's dynamic programme, directed by Darren Hayward and musically directed by James Bassingthwaighte, boasts an impressive line-up, including Goitsemang Lehobye, Lunga Hallam, Zolani Mahola, Goodluck, Jo Black, Jimmy Nevis, and Gerhard Joubert.
Also featuring are the Cape Town Opera Chorus and the Cape Philharmonic Orchestra with conductors, Brandon Philips and Chevonne Plaatjies.
Attendees should bring their own chairs, blankets and picnic food, though wine and coffee will be on sale. No tables are allowed into the venue and any photographing or filming is prohibited.
