The critically acclaimed FYN restaurant will play host to an exclusive Relais & Châteaux dinner featuring the three esteemed chefs together with FYN culinary director, Chef Ashley Moss. The evening is in honour of World Oceans Day, and will see a meeting of minds and creativity, as the
chefs cook to raise awareness of the importance of safeguarding our oceans, while also shining a light on sustainable seafood, and how it can be utilised through their fine cuisines.
The four chefs will collaborate on a once-off 12-course tasting experience, comprised of dishes spanning three continents – Asia, Europe and Africa. FYN sommelier and service director Jennifer Hugé will pair the menu with a considered collection of coastal South African wines as well as ocean-inspired cocktails and other delicious libations.
