QUEERTOPIA is a weekend festival that brings queer communities and allies together to celebrate and reimagine the world we live in through art, music, wellness, and food.
Curated by the Other Village People, this event serves as an intentional queer social space that aims to make people connect without judgement from any form of racism, classism, sexism, body shaming, homophobia, transphobia, or harassment of any kind.
The musical lineup for day 1 of the festival includes Ego Ella May who hails all the way from London, Langa Mavuso, Lia Butler, DJ Lihle, DJ Tshegu, Kombonation, Scott the Girl, and Bonqeziwe Mabandla. Day 2's lineup features Desire Marea, Zoë Modiga, Dato Seiko, Litsomo, Mamthug, and Buhle Mbongwa.
