Emerging Afro jazz artist, Qaqamba Ntshinka, brings her talent to the Selective Live stage for a special performance. Originally from the Eastern Cape, eNgcobo Qaqamba now lives in Cape Town, eMfuleni, as a community activist, songwriter, singer, and poet drawing inspiration from social injustices and using her music to promote awareness and healing.
With an approach to music that is rooted in her Xhosa culture and mother tongue, Qaqamba has three singles, "Zizinja," "Maqondana," and "Ingase Uyazi" under her belt. Her notable performances include FAME Week Africa, Villa Viva, and The Expresso Show on SABC 3 and some of her achievements include TV appearances and nominations for the Basadi in Music Awards 2023.
In addition to performing in many venues across the country, Qaqamba has also opened for beloved South African singer-songwriter and guitarist, Zahara at The Botanik Social House.
