Our Better Nature hosts their Ocean Light Festival at Alfred Square this June. Attendees are in for a magical evening aglow with mesmerising lights and entertainment for the whole family.
The event comes as a part of Our Better Nature's mission to create more awareness around the fragile ocean environment and encourage small ripples of environmental change, with a giant ripple effect. It is a joyous celebration of sustainability featuring magnificent light installations and musical serenades from performers Pilani Bubu, Mmino Melodies, and more.
The Waterfront partnered with local makers, designers and skilled artisans to create the light installations. Attendees can catch a glimpse of the hugest shopping trolley installation, decorated with old plastic bags that have been expertly crocheted by @re.bag.re.use, along with jellyfish lights, the Ocean Light Ball and other exciting light installations which will run until September.
