Nomkhubulowane follows the story of Rose Nomkhubulwane, a GBV survivor who was ill-treated by her former lover, family, and community at large. She is the founder of Nomkhubukwane care Centre, a well-funded and well-staffed facility for victims of gender-based violence.
Having run the facility for ten years, her past experiences put together with her psychology qualification and natural ability to pull herself out of very dark places, she is well-positioned to nurture and help victims of GBV. On this day, three new women and one teenager in need of medical programs offered arrive at NCC, and she teaches them to recognize strength in weakness, hope in despair, love in hate and calm in anxiety.
