A dynamic live show featuring some of the biggest rising stars in Cape Town’s music scene alongside international acts, the New Generations Concert gives a platform to the artists up next in the industry.
The variety show starts with fifty young Cape Flats drummers joining flamenco dancers for the Spanish Cajoneada Drumming Experience, led by veteran Pepe Zapata. Then come the exciting headliners: soul & hip-hop artist Luukhanyo, alternative rock trio Freddy L, punk-pop star Mila Smith, and Kimyan, a versatile Congolese-Austrian dance producer and singer.
Kwena Music’s signed artists have their own section, with performances from Keely Crocker, Tristan Kruger, Dean de Jongh, and Efact.
