This one's for all the ladies as Muddy Princess prepares to take centre stage at Riversands Farm Village in Fourways. This exciting mud run is open to women of all fitness levels and is not focused on clocking the fasted time. Instead, it's all about having a good time.
If you'd like to bring the kids along for a fun family day out, the minimum age for the little princesses is 6 years old. Please note that 13 year olds and younger requiring a fully registered adult to accompany them. Children 14 years and older do not need to be accompanied but do require an indemnity form that has been signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Please take note to bring along towels and a change of clothes as the event is known to get very messy. Prepare to slip, slide crawl, walk, run, climb and everything in between. But most of all prepare to have a good time.
