Spoil mom with an unforgettable dining experience exclusively designed and prepared for by none other than, Chef Willie Cloete. Chef Cloete is a passionate, accomplished South African chef whose food philosophy relies on sourcing his produce from the most ethical producers.
This Mother's Day, he lends his talents to treating guests to a lavish three-course tasting menu. Though not necessarily a cooking demo, the dining venue has an open plan kitchen allowing guests to watch the chef at work and have a chat if they are interested. The menu is filled with delectable varieties that cater to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
The menu is set up with Creamy Mieliebrood with Moskonfyt and a Pomegranate Sorbet readily available for all guests, but for the three courses, each person must choose one of three options. 3. Spice Roasted Baby Carrots | Sundried Tomato Hummus | Roasted Cashews | Chili Oil (v)
The Dessert options include:
1. White Chocolate & Lime Almond Cake | Passion Fruit Ice Cream | Burnt Meringue
2. Blueberry & Chocolate Cheesecake
