Bramm Beyer’s early New Year's event is a celebration of the season, and a chance to indulge in an abundance of summer crops crafted into delicious dishes, served as a sharing experience to bring everyone together. Guests can expect refreshing drinks such as botanical rooibos gin, and an extravagant menu of local crayfish, karoo lamb, shiso ceviche, aubergine carpaccio, heirloom tomatoes, marinated olives, enriched rye, and a host of other amazing ingredients.
When working as the head chef of Chefs Warehouse, Tintswalo, Braam made it his focus to work hand in hand with local suppliers to ensure the use of seasonal produce in his menu creation. He was immediately impressed with the dedication that he found at Meuse Farm, and connected with Meuse's owner Iming in his desire to learn more about seasonal crops. Braam’s love of the farm and passion for flavourful food has led to an inspiring collaboration and brought him into the event space. private cheffing and travelling, while consulting on projects both locally and internationally.
