New World Dance Theatre presents “Messiah”, choreographed by South African Marlin Zoutman. A contemporary dance work that investigates the human pursuit of a higher force, needing to have faith in something greater.
Messiah recounts the narrative of individuals' excursions through hard and tempting times. In a period of weakness, our spirits are lost in the chase for answers. We can't make it in isolation and need a saviour—the extraordinary outing of individuals overcoming their devils.
