This vintage clothing store combines secondhand finds with bespoke tailoring and original creations. The shop houses an in-store tailor who has created his own line of jackets, producing eight pieces per season. These limited-edition garments are manufactured in-store while customers browse.
Maids of Honour changes its storefront display daily, with mannequins regularly updated to showcase different pieces, ensuring each visit reveals something new. Most garments sold are one-off pieces rather than mass-produced items.
Stock includes classic vintage pieces alongside theatre costumes suitable for occasions such as Halloween parties. Prices range from bargain items at R30 per piece to premium vintage pieces, such as a vintage wedding dress retailing at R1,600.
