The restaurant offers contemporary French-meets-Asian cuisine in a supremely elegant treehouse-like setting on the mountainside. Described as "a theatre of food", set menus are 8 to 12 courses long, and each course is stunningly presented with a woodlands theme.
Originally founded on the historic Constantia Uitsig wine estate, La Colombe relocated under new ownership to the picturesque Silvermist organic wine estate at the top of Constantia Nek, with breathtaking views overlooking the Constantia wine valley, False Bay and Hout Bay.
