Kristen's Kick-Ass Ice creams are churned on site in each of the locations, 3 litres at a time with a whole lotta love, and the highest quality ingredients that Africa has to offer.
While the majority of the ice creams are made with milk, cream, and sugar, Kristen's also offers flavours that are made with xylitol, as well as vegan flavours.
The vision Of Kristen's Kick Ass Ice Creams is to be the little community scoop shop where everyone feels welcome to come have a moment regardless of who you are, or what state you are in. Families, romantic dates, people who need just need an "ice cream hug" moment.
The Noordhoek branch is located just a two minute walk from the beach, and they make all of the ice creams from scratch in the little kitchen behind the scoop shop.
Originally born in America, Kristen lives in Noordhoek with her husband Mark, and their dogs. She is a self described “80 year old Italian grandma”, with a die hard belief that food = happiness.
