The Hohenort’s in-house pastry chefs concocted this high tea offering with the intent to be decadent. The gloriously indulgent four course menu includes smoked salmon roulade, beef tartare, bocconcini, blueberry scones with chantilly cream, and dark chocolate and caramel mille-feuille.
